Mercury Software Consulting, Inc provides standard and extended services to its Clients at bronze, silver, gold & platinum levels in consideration of the fees agreed to in the proposal. These services will provide the Client with a full range of proactive management that will cover its daily database and application administration needs.
Proactive services will feature “live” monitoring and will be provided as stated in the Support Definition using Mercury Interactive’s Managed Services tools (Site Scope, Topaz) to monitor the Client’s system.
